mt76: Add econet specific patches

Econet project requires additional patch for mt76 package. Other targets are not changed.

@sukrus @AGnau @bartlomiej.grzeskowiak Please take a look, I overwrote Build/Patch method because changing PATCH_DIR variable did not work, after many tries I finaly got it when I did what you can see in the MR. Please advise maybe I did something wrong.
