bbf: Update db parameters

Vivek Kumar Dutta requested to merge obuspa_startup into devel

obuspa get the board info in boot-time using libbbfdm, if it fails to get the mandatory parameters(ex: SerialNumber), it exists. Recently in iopsys_db, db parameter names changed dues to which libbffdm is returning empty values and hence obuspa failed to start.

In this merge request, db parameters renamed as per the iopsys_db.
