obuspa: Added object_type in GET_NAME method

Vivek Kumar Dutta requested to merge dynamic_registration into QoS_classification

Obuspa get the object names to do the dynamic registration of the parameters, adding datatype along with the object_names significantly reduces the number of library calls and hence enhances performance of uspd and obuspa.
