Bug#8152:bbf: introducing ppp unknown protocol counter

Requirement: Inside tr181 , unknown protocol counter for ppp interfaces, needs to be read from sysfs. (Temporarily was hard-coded 0). Change: Used the api "ppp_read_sysfs" for this purpose .
