bcmkernel: Set default BCM_KERNEL_PROFILE

Andreas Gnau requested to merge agnau-default-bcm-profile into devel 
bcmkernel: Set default BCM_KERNEL_PROFILE

Set the default build profile for the BCM SDK according tho the
subtarget that is being built. This avoids having to manually configure
it for each device. For the most part, only one profile per chip is
being maintained anyways.
