Wifilife: Do not start wifilife working 5GHz interface.

Reidar Cederqvist - Genexis requested to merge disable-wifilife-on-non-ac-devices into release-4.3

Only start wifilife when there exists a 5GHz radio (band "a") and there is at leaset one enabled wifi-iface on that radio.
