iop: Remove KConfig symbols

Andreas Gnau requested to merge iop-remove-kconfig into devel
  • CONFIG_TARGET_VERSION has not been used for years, remove it.
  • CONFIG_TARGET_CUSTOMER is only used by one feed and is defined there as well, so the definition here is not needed, remove it.
