voicemngr: Update LD_LIBRARY_PATH for BCM

Andreas Gnau requested to merge agnau-bcm-lib-path-change into devel

Update the LD_LIBRARY_PATH after all BCM libraries have moved to a separate sub-directory.

In the future, we should probably set the RUNPATH accordingly already at build time.
