iop: config: Remove disabling CONFIG_BUSYBOX_CONFIG_DEVMEM

CONFIG_BUSYBOX_CONFIG_DEVMEM is disabled by default, so there is no need to explicitly disable it.

(This is probably true for a few others of those options as well and is to be investigated later).
