ppp: Add missing ppp files form Openwrt 22.03.0

Piotr Kubik requested to merge pkubik_ppp_add_missing_files into merge-openwrt-v22.03.0-rc4

Without these files compilation fail on install stage I'm not sure if that is the correct way of fixing this issue, but that's what MRs are for ;) To get things done faster pulled upstream files without history.
