base-files: Do not parse image name

Andreas Gnau requested to merge agnau-db-image-naming into devel

In board-db: Do not parse image name (iop_version), instead get version values directly from different files.

Also remove the unused iopVerFam, iopVerDsl, iopVerCustomer and iopVerDate.
