Fine tune the default asterisk config

George Yang requested to merge release-7.3-gyang into release-7.3

  • Remove 'extensionX', 'group2', 'incoming_map2' and 'outgoing_map2' from base asterisk config.

  • Add default_asterisk_config() which is called by uci-defaults script to create extensions base on the hardware DB.
