Fixed query of call-waiting status in asterisk

Running of /lib/voice/cw.sh shell script by asterisk
from dialplan extensions MUST be executed with escape character.

Previously, the question mark as an argument was replaced by the shell
with the name of a file with a name long of one character,
in case such a file existed,
and it was causing an error in the /lib/voice/cw.sh script
