PrefixInfo used to replace the featurecodes (vendor extension)

Some of the feature code under uci section feature (calling_features) are replaced using prefixinfo (facilityaction and prefixrange) to input the featurecode.

interdigitstdmsec default value is 15000 (as per tr104) and is corrected.
