Uplift telephony to openwrt-v22.03.0-rc4

Uplift of telephony using two step method. Use commits specified by feeds.conf.default from main repo.

Merge commit from tag v21.02.2 into v22.03.0-rc4 in a new branch. Merge new branch into devel.

Keep our Asterisk version!
