Use configurations with compatibility strings in sysupgrade

  • Add platform dependent list of components for mediatek, airoha
  • Fix SUPPORTED_DEVICES for mtk-panther (mediatek,mt7986b-2500wan-spim-snand-rfb -> mediatek,mt7986b-spim-snand-rfb)
