common: Add iopsys_rootfs_data_aligment property to FIT image

Extended the FIT image generation script to include the iopsys_rootfs_data_aligment property when ROOTFS_DATA_ALIGMENT is defined. This allows rootfs data overlay alignment information to be embedded directly into the FIT image metadata for use during mount overlay loop devices.
