brcm63xx: Remove all TARGET_NAND_* options, update copyright

I pushed a separate fix in the iopsys feed to get rid of TARGET_NAND_BLOCKSZ usage. There were no occurrences of these options in the bcmkernel recipe.

This is just to be sure everything is correct. Build-testing this right now just to be sure.
