All utility/tools in one path and one branch

Currently ubus schema to markdown utility (cli.js) present in iopsys branch, where as uci schema to markdown table utility (uci-to-table/generator.js) present in uci-to-table branch.

• uci-to-table branch merged in iopsys branch
• uci-to-table/generator.js moved to uci-to-table.js
