Added place for common - hostapd_cli and wpa_cli calls - this could be used in the future by other drivers that using hostapd/supplicant. ap_info - this part is not ready - Marek will continue with that. noise - fixed as in original driver - but we know how to improve this add/remove neighbors - this works correctly - tested
