Remove cli from hostapd_cli_iface_get_assoclist name
as this function is no more hostapd_cli specyfic.
There are two versions of this function:
one using hostapd_cli interface,
second using hostapd ctrl interface.
Compilation flag LIBWIFI_USE_CTRL_IFACE
decides which one is used.
