airoha: support retrieving of statistics for SSID and Radio via ethtools and from /sys (#8191)

The feature is implemented more or less according to the mapping attached to #8191. I've noticed that packets/bytes statistics is rather sum of per-client statistics, so when a client dissasocs, the statistics decreases. Also looks like multicast counter is always zero.
