sso-led: add a hack to support sso gpio active low through device tree

The support is only partial, and it is effective only for non hw triggered
LEDs (SOUT1-5 LEDs on Norrland board)
The porpose of this patch is to avoid the mentioned LED to get lit
during driver initialization
