mps-xrx100 is already used by voice, hence we change it
to mps2-xrx500

MPS directly use hw interrupt number to allocate irq (without
platform mapping), and this causes failure in irq allocation.
To fix this we enable device tree platform option so interrupt
will be mapped during probe (for bootcore, we still use the
non-platform option as it utilize mapping function from bootcore).

We also fix issue in probe due to incorrect static variable scope.
Without this the probing will always fail since the reg value is
always 0 (out of scope).

This is to fix warnings reported by checkpatch.
There is no logical changes on this commit; only code
style changes.

This is simply copied from ugw 7.2 kernel patch as reference
point (hence will not work, not even compiled).
Necessary changes for porting will be done in subsequent commits.
