Remove version.date

For OpenWrt release builds, OpenWrt puts a version.date into the file system which will override SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH to a fixed date. Since IOWRT is a fork of OpenWrt, the date of the OpenWrt it is based on is mostly meaningless and it is better to use the date coming from Git as a date to be included in builds.
