iop: genconfig: Support target-specific feeds installing hook

The patch allows developer to create feeds/target//feeds script that is called after standard feeds installing. List of devices is passed to the script as parameter. Script may, for example, blacklist some packages from other feeds by removing correspnding symbolic links in package/feeds.
