Fixes for PPPoE
Make sure keepalive defaults match LuCI. The keepalive default values need to match those in LuCI.
Add debug option when invoking 'pppd'. This makes debugging a lot easier for tech teams and developement teams.
Add Broadcom ioctl() call for updating the path in the BLOG engine.
