CI: Add back tagging images with short commit ref

In commit 8d2023ea51 (CI: .gitlab-ci.yml: change docker image tagging,
2022-05-19) the tagging of built Docker images with the short 8-char
commit ref had been removed. Add it back, because it is desirable to be
able to build older commits with the right container.
