    Only install WiFi MFGTEST driver and FW if requested

    Add config option CONFIG_BCM_WIFI_MFGTEST that can be passed to the
    Makefile. Only if =y, the WiFi MFGTEST driver and firmware will be
    installed. Note that, at this point, the MFGTEST version of the driver is
    not built with our patches but a binary version from Broadcom is aken
    instead. This is to be fixed in a later commit.
