wfadatad: misc fixes,

following changes has been added:

• removed static code warning.
• update topology object in case of topologyd restart.
• make associated event entry on the basis of notification msg.
• disassociated stats message unicast to controller.
• fixed bss status.
• set al-mac & controller-mac for self-node.
• ap-autoconfig handing for agent & collector. previously it was added for collector only.
