map-agent:updating fhlist when ssid is added in a continuous row

When ssid and key is added in a continuously in a loop with very less delay, it is seen that there were ssids and keys added with DISABLED_SSIDs. It was seen that fhlist was not getting updated when the delay is less. So to fix this issue fhlist is updated.
