ts: track wds interfaces with non-wds names to update ebtables rules

On non-brcm platforms wds interfaces names can't be distinguished from usual interface names, so wildcard rules wds+ are not applicable. Patch separates eth port isolation of guest ssid from wds and update ebtables rules on wds added/removed events.
