Utilize mac-addresses hashtable for object lookup

This patch utilizes the MAC address hasthable in place of multiple layer looping over nodes-radios-interfaces-stations. Rebase and integrate once the original hasthable change is merged, as it needs separate review and maybe some more tweaks.
