Bug_6731: Fixed, Segmentation fault in mapcontroller function cntlr_iterate_fbss during memcmp

bssid is statically allocated memory, no sanity check for its existence is necessary. Segfaults in cntlr_iterate_fbss would more likely be caused by an entry not being properly cleaned.
