hosts: Adding return after NULL check and ipv6address via netlink

1. Added return in case of NULL on topology.c file. This was missed in the previous commit.
2. Added the IPV6 addresses from the netlink as /tmp/hosts/odhcp file is sometimes not present. This is for ticket raised 5607
