res_pjsip: Channel variable SIPFROMDOMAIN 

In chan_sip, there was variable SIPFROMDOMAIN that allows to set
From header URI domain per channel. This patch introduces res_pjsip
variable SIPFROMDOMAIN for backward compatibility with chan_sip.
