Increase debug logging for RTP telephone event

Current logs of bypassed RTP telephone events does not include information about
the exact DTMF transmitted/received, is it the end of event, which duration of
event is used. It makes hard to debug any DTMF-related issues.

This commit adds more details in log messages for above information.
