Fix SIP.Network.RegisterExpires and RegistrationPeriod

  • The valid UCI is asterisk.<sip_service_provider>.defaultexpiry
  • In Uci defaults, the defaultexpiry is 3600s
  • RegistrationPeriod is 10s shorter than RegisterExpires
