Remove the avg_round_trip_delay rtp_stat

The averageRoundTripDelay rtp statistic is calculated by asterisk based on the
'round trip delay' value taken from the VoIP Metrics Report Blocks. Remove it
from voicemngr as it is no longer taken from DSP.
